Why do you have to include a religion in what any animal - leave aside, a cat -can eat?

No, because it would mean that their Muslim owners had forbidden food in their house.

They are not aloud to have food on the same counter as forbidden food,  or have it in the same fridge.

Not very haram pet-owners would keep forbidden food for their cat to eat.

Cats can eat anything according to Islam, and, btw, Muslims can eat any food from the sea.
