Is it haram or halal ?

is it allowed for a muslim girl to state in public and be proud of that she is not going to fast because she is having her periods ? this user who is nick is "That GirL" said Omgosh me too but I'm not fasting cause i'm on my period yaaaaaaay me!! lol

so she is happily stating that theres blood coming out from her v****a and she is so d**n proud that she is not going to fast. so is it halal for a girl to tell everyone about the blood leakage of her reproductive organs.

Haya or shyness is half of the faith so one should always remember this plus we all must remember Modesty and Humbleness.
and at last but not least If so and so did this bad thing (personal sins not murder etc) then I as a Muslim should not mention it in front of others to make so and so feel bad about it . for example if I found out someone said something bad or sinned I should keep the veil on him or her. we all make mistakes and Allah keeps the veil upon us may Allah azzwajal guide us all
