ok ok.. first of all im not going to go off on you because maybe you dont know. im going to give you the benefit of a doubt. Sunnis are muslims alhamduallah! and from what i have learned, Allah does not  forbid us to speak to ppl who are not muslim. we are actually suppose to so we can spread the teachings of Islam.  Allah does not tell us to judge or hate anyone in anyway.

Salam for you my dear Tom No it is not haram to talk to non muslims what ever his/her religion even an atheist.

But in line with Qur'an and hadits we muslims are haram(not allowed) to make non muslims as our advicers,leaders or close friends.

These prohibitions did not mean that muslims should hate them .Really we are the same as descendants of Adam prophets and we have a different opinion about religion your God is for yours and My God is for mine.We will not worship your God and you will not worship my God that is Allah the only one God (see  surah 112 Al Iklash  in the Qur'an) There is no force to become a muslim.

Since when was a Sunni a non Muslim? Sunni simply means following the Sunnah and ALL Muslims are to follow the Sunnah.

I guess this question was just a feeble attempt to suggest that Sunni Muslims are not Muslims.
