Is it haram to wear contact lenses during ramadan (fasting)

Question

I basically wear glasses but not during college days so is it ok if i wear colour contacts while im fasting so i can see! It isnt for fashion or to look pretty, just to see taht board

its not haram.. its sort of like medicine.. you need this for your health..

Thats like asking someone if they cannot wear their prosthesis leg or arm during ramadan......

What you shouldnt do, is use makeup or fingernail polish, or hair dyes etc during Ramadan.. artificle stuff thats useless.. (at night after breakfast, you can use makeup, polish, and temperary hair accessories as long as you can wash it off before the next day)

color contacts are haram because your changing the way allah created you.   i am 100% color contacts are haram sister. i have been told several times and from what i have read from islamic books. if they are colorless contacts then its fine.
