Use COMMON SENSE!!! Is it something which annoys you? If so, tell them to stop. And if they don't, go to the police and tell them that your neighbour is harassing you. Don't just wait for Yahoo Answers to tell you what to do! And do you have hidden reasons for indicating this involves a Muslim?

I also think that some people are getting confused with the question. I presume it was the husband who made the comment and you were just informing people that you cant actually see his wifes body.
