  1. Well it depends on a few things.I am sure you are old enough as you wouldnt be able to travel by yourself without a fee. The biggest thing is can you handle your carryon? Lift it into the overhead bin? And how good are you at paying attention. If you are sitting at your gate..go to Burger King to get a snack (like my nephew did his first time) and came back to the gate would you question if your flight was no longer listed at that gate? You need to keep an eye on the monitors. Gate changes happen announcements are missed and wham you are stuck because you didnt pay attention. Also allow extra time for security. If ever in doubt always find an airline agent.. Always double check gates on the monitors for connecting flights after you arrive in the connecting city. They change all the time. I wish the flight attendants wouldnt even give connecting gate information as it changes so much..

Probably more info than you wanted but Hey I am thorough.

  2. No actually it's fun. Are u @ least a teen? If u already have your ticket look for the gate. The gate number is located on your ticket wait in that area until u board when u get on look @ what seat u r assigned to sit and enjoy the ride. Before u know it u r @ your destination.

The first time I got put on a plane only supervised by the stewardess I was 5. It's a good thing someone was watching me. I tried to open the window so I could put some clouds in the container I had brought just for that reason. By the way that was in 1970. So whatever u do, do not attempt to open a window. Hope this helped. Have fun!

  3. I flew by myself to and from Alaska (I live in Massachusetts). It was only my second time on a plane; the first time I was with my parents. It was kinda hard, and stressful, but just keep your wits about you and be aware of your surroundings. Don't be afraid to ask questions to employees in order to find your way around. I was on a plane for 15 hours, so I had a few connecting flights, so it was difficult to get around the airport with all my luggage in tow, especially since I was unfamiliar with the area. Just be smart, and you should be fine.

P.S. If you are young and you're flying on your own, tell the flight attendants and they will watch over you and take care of your needs on the flight.
