  2. As long as you've never had problem with US Immigration law and as long as you can present enough proofs that you have strong ties to your country and you will definitely return to your country, you won't have any trouble getting B1/B2 visa.

    For getting full 6 months stay totally depends on the immigration officer at the port of entry, when you come to US.
