Is it emotionally hard for a man to get a divorce??

Its not 'hard'. There is a legal process everyone has to go through that can take time, and he has to have grounds for the divorce, but I wouldn't call it hard to do

Yes it's just as hard on them as it is on women. Emotionally and financially. No one can just run out and get a divorce.

If you mean emotionally, some men handle it better than others.  If you're talking legally, depends on local laws and whether he and the wife and work it out without drama.

Yes, it's very hard. I'm going through it now. I'm married to a woman I don't know any more. I worry about going through such a big change in life after 17 years together. I worry about losing everything in court. I worry about the stories she seems willing to make up and tell others, including our kids about, just to hurt me. But most of all I worry about how the divorce will affect my kids. I worry about breaking there hearts and changing their lives so dramatically. So, yes, it's very hard to go through for men too.

No, anyone can 'get' a divorce and I think it depends on who wants the divorce, it's not easy for anyone, man or woman.
