Is it hard for new zealander to get permanent residency visa (i wish to study here) ?

I want to study in Melbourne, but even as a new zealander I read I need a permanent residency visa, is this hard for me to get as a kiwi?

There's a special Visa that is available in Australia and New Zealand. (Some agreement between the two nations). It would be easier for you to get it than any other nationality, so I would suggest contacting an Australian High Commission and enquire there.
