Is it hard to become a Nurse or an ER Doctor?

I want to become a Pediatrician. But thinking on it now it may take me a while. And i may just be happy being a Nurse or an ER Doctor. What would it take to become either one? And how many years of college would i need for a Nurse? And an ER Doctor? Thank you :)

my sister bacame a RN and it took her five years..

to be an ER doctor you still have to go to med school unless i'm mistaken. nursing usually takes 5 years. if you like science like bio, chem and courses like anatomy and physiology and that kind of stuff you should be in your zone.
