Is it hard to change a resistor on a blower fan for a 2004 sebring?

my fan only runs at #4 high and I read that it may be a resistor on the blower located under the dash on passanger side. I have no skill at this will this be an easy fix? Thanks

Very easy fix, just remember to check the blower motor fan wires to make sure that they didn't melt.
