Is it hard to find a job and original dwelling in Australia for a foreigner?

If I ever come to a decision to go to Australia what problems will I face with? What would be my first actions there?

You should really try to acquire a corporate sponsor, however you'll need to find a niche for a position that you "specialize" in.  It's not as bad as Canada, but seeking residence can be tough when you offer to feel a postion that other Australians could easily fill.
