Is it hard to get a job in Manama, Bahrain?

Question

I may get offered a position as a 2nd grade teacher in Manama. My husband is still in college and has little to no work experience. Will it be hard for him to get a job?

Presently Its quite difficult as  Bahrainisation is going on  and the jobs aravailable are very few  for expats as most of the time Bahrainis are preffered except for very few Technical professional jobs  , marketing and sales is now totally   for Bahrainis.

It depends on his qualification but for a expat fresher it would be difficult to get a job
