Is it hard to get a job in a bank?

How hard is it to get a job at a bank (as a teller)? Do you need to have good credit? Does anyone know banks in Seattle that are hiring? I have an AA degree and I speak some Spanish. I don't have good credit from some mistakes made during college but I am responsible and I have great references and customer service experience. I am 19 years old. Do you think I have a good chance getting a job?

register with a GOOD employment agency. it sounds like you have what it takes to get a good teller job. tell the agency that you want a permanent job not a crappy temp job. however, if you don't have a lot of experience, maybe do temp jobs for 6 months and then shift your focus to perm and really push the agents to help you!
