Is it hard to get the balcony seats or the benches on the side at the fillmore?

I'm going to see cobra starship on october 29th at the fillmore in san francisco, and i was wondering is it hard to get the balcony seats or the benches on the side? and do u have to be over 21 to sit in the balcony seats? PLEASE HELP ME! xD

for the balcony, it's not hard to get to especially once the show begins. though prior to the beginning of the show, it's usually packed. you don't have to be 21 to enter this area. however, the benches on the side of the main floor are hard to get unless you are there early & claim them - someone needs to be staking that territory otherwise it will be snatched up any point during the show.
