  1. no it isn't, its good that you want to drive a stick because of added speed, power and economy. it may be a little challenging at first but you get used to it. DON'T CAVE IN! Stalling? Not an issue if i stall my car now i say "Oops! i stalled it *Laughs*".

    Have fun learning you stick. Learning stick makes you feel smarter when your driving and has is more fun drive a stick.

    @ GEM dont give the car lots of gas you can burn out the clutch! Clutches aren't cheap to replace

  2. It's not really hard, it just takes practice. Remember to give it lots of gas to prevent stalling. Once you learn it is a very accomplished feeling! Not to mention, it is something you will never forget.

  3. That would depend on your personal learning curve. I learned to drive with a manual transmission, 3 on the tree.

  4. no, it's actually very easy once you get to know what gear

    is which, the stick shift looks very hard, and it's quite easier

    than automatic, or the other way around if you learned automatic

    before stick; then of course automatic is easier for you,

    but if you are a new driver/ or if you wanna learn the stick shift;

    i'll tell you, it's very easy....

    it's hard in the beginning-when you don't know what

    gear is which, but if an experienced driver teaches you,

    then i'm sure your going to be fine... don't worry.

    a r****d can drive stick shift..

    good luck :)
