Question:

Is it hard to lose the weight after you've had a baby?

I've heard more than once people saying breast feeding is the secret to getting rid of most of it. But for someone like me who can't (I've had a breast reduction, so cannot)... would it be difficult???

Some people say it's really hard, but others say it's nothing and infact they became slimmer after having a child.

I'm just wondering how it is? (perhaps it's different with different people)

Thanks.

  1. celebrities have personal trainers - can't go by them for most thing in life.

get those pregnancy DVD's for exercise.

it's obviously different with different people - genes, body weight before pregnancy, health before pregnancy, fitness level before pregnancy, what u eat during, etc.

  2. Exercise

  3. Exercise. Take your baby out in the stroller when you get a chance.

I've heard "9 months up, and 9 months down"... meaning 9 months of gaining weight and 9 to lose it, on average.

Congrats on the baby by the way :)
