  1. Read the 3 hour work week because it will split your time in half.

  2. My next-door neighbor does all those things well.  She's a cardiologist and her daughter has turned out great.  But she's never mentioned it being easy, and I suppose it takes a special kind of person to do all those things well.  I have no reason to think you're not that kind of person.

  3. It's not easy, but I wouldn't trade my life for anybody's.  I love my job, my husband and my kids.

It was much tougher early on, and the whole family will have to make sacrifices for your career, but things do improve as you get established.

If you think too hard about it, you won't accomplish much of anything. Just do it.

  4. These days everyone is really busy.  I have a full time job plus I am a full time wife and mother.  Our family is busy in all kinds of extracurricular activities....but we somehow find 'family time' too.  I admit it is hard to do but if you want something bad enough it's worth it and you seem to make it work.  Good luck!
