  1. Restaurants have the highest failure rate of any type of business.

    They are labor intensive (need to hire lots of help).

    Food spoils quickly (need to order and schedule delivery of "enough" but not too much).

    Competition is usually high (other restaurants in area).

    Poor economy now means most people are eating out less.

    Hours are very long.

    Lots of equipment to buy and maintain.

    that depends on you want to do a franshise or your own name from scratch.

    either way, i have a guess that it can be costy to start and still that won't assure you success.

  3. yeah very profitable but needs alot of efforts,....nothing must be wrong especially if you have loss by fire or by wrong rotten food is cooked!this may cause a great loss.
