I cheered on a competitive squad my 7th and 8th grade years, but starting getting bad knee pains and ended up having surjury on my left knee and had to quit. Now 3 years later I'm going into my senior year of High School. I'm in the marching band and love it, but I would really like to get back into shape and I've missed cheerleading since I had to quit. My friend dances at a dance company, and I'm jealous that she gets to do something she loves thats similar cheer. My knees are still a little sore from time to time, but I REALLY want to cheer again (on a competitive squad.) Any advice??

    Good luck!

  2. all u need is determination,blood,sweat,and tears

like they say no pain no game

  3. You'll have to work really hard to get it, but don't let it stop you.  Even if you don't achieve this goal you could always share your love for cheer by coaching it.
