I used to be underweight a couple of months ago and it took me 5 or 6 months to conceive, but sadly i had a miscarriage....now I'm not underweight anymore, I'm normal weight....do you think it will be easier to conceive now that I'm not underweight anymore? because i don't want to wait so long....i really want a baby, especially after the miscarriage.

  1. It will all depend. Are you regular? Any very severe cramping during your period? If you are regular then the doctors say to try to conceive for a year, if nothing happens then you are consider infertile and you should see a specialist. You can get check with you GYN to see if everything is fine. I wish you lots of luck!

  2. Absolutely.  The body needs a certain amount of fat in order to support ovulation and sustain a pregnancy.  I would continue to stay within normal weight range and chart your cycles so that you know when ovulate.  Good Luck!
