With my 1st pregnancy I lost most of my weight before I went back to work about 12 weeks, but still had a little to lose. What about with your 2nd child, is the weight harder to lose?

  1. I found it easier.

I breastfed for 6 months longer than I did with the first (6 months) so that helped a little.

It's after number 3 I'm struggling with. d**n baby belly..

  2. The weight was easy to lose with my first two but number three was harder.  It took three months to lose it all.  My fifth pregnancy, I didn't eat chip or any junk food and the weight came right off.  Good luck!

  3. The only thing I can think of it being harder with your 2nd or more kids...is because you have not lose the weight from your previous pregnancy..so it looks like you have packed on more weight..then you have 2 times the weight to lose from 2 or 3 pregnancies. So then you are just bigger period after all of them.  That is why I want to try and lose the rest of my weight from my first before I have another baby. Also depends on how active you are and breastfeeding of course. Both of those help.

  4. After my first, I didn't loose hardly any of my baby weight. With my second, he is only 9wks and I am back to the weight I was when I got pregnant, but I was more determined to loose weight this time, I have been stricter on myself. I also have been a little bit more stressed with this one. I had a c-sec and because of money issues went back to work 1 1/2 weeks after he was born.

  5. My first I had a hard time loosing the weight. With my second its just falling off me. I'm almost back to my weight before I got pregnant with my first! Which I never thought I would ever get back to.

  6. No because you can have the first kid help you with this   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...
