  1. no i freeze my water all the time and i am perfectly normal.

you just want to make sure that you don't want to leave it out in the sun otherwise chemicals will get into the water from the plasic this will only happen if the recycle symbol has a 7 in the middle of it.

  2. no... in a glass container yes but in a plastic water bottle no.

  3. I haven't heard that before. It is dangerous to freeze liquid in a glass bottle.

  4. really i didnt know that..we are always freezing our water..esp when the hurricane season is now around us in fl..

sometimes we dont drink the water but we will put the frozen bottle water in our cooler when we go grocery shopping because of the frozen stuff.

i have never heard it was dangerous..good to no!!

  5. i do it all the time and i never have anything exploding in my house. I think your coach needs to get his facts straight because i freeze tap water all the time

  6. It's not dangerous.  The only thing to remember is that the density of water slightly increases when it's in a frozen state compared to a liquid state.  So, if you freeze a full water bottle, it could possibly bust the plastic bottle.

  7. don't fill the bottle before you freeze it,  its not dangerous, it will just break the bottle,  other then that, no problem

  8. no i freeze mine a lot of times

  9. Its an urban legend
