No its not harmful, I would suggest put a lube between the wrap and your p***s though, not to cause chaffing...

No, its not harmful, but I dont know how or why you use cling wrap.

Maybe you should try squirting into your dirty socks and then cleaning them as normal, thats what most people do at your age.

Paper towels work good and you can use them anywhere. I keep an old t-shirt for bedroom use.

it wont hurt you, but why worry about a mess. just keep a role of toilet paper under your bed and tell your mom you have runny noses alot.

Use a sock or wash cloth, which can then be washed out-- or just ejac into paper towels or tissue. Or do it in the shower and wash it down the drain. Lots of ways to have your fun safely and with no residual mess.

Well, the real question would be why do you feel you need to use cling wrap to m********e? Your not harmful to yourself. But to answer the question. No, dear, its not harmful, might be a little more complicated. If your trying not to make a mess, its best to try a condom. You can get them a the 99cent store now.
