Is it healthier to eat KFC regular or extra crispy?

  1. Well, neither is really healthy, but if you want to eat fried chicken (which I love) you should get the extra crispy mm-mm..

    Okay, now I am hungry..

  5. regular, but if you want chicken consider a grilled  chicken breast not fried.

  6. Definatly Regular, Extra Cripsy is amazing but all the extra crispy is deep fried bread crumb- AMAZING though.

  7. Original chicken breast from KFC has 380 calories and 19 grams of fat. Extra crispy chicken breast from KFC has 460 calories and 28 grams of fat.  

  8. Regular(original) is healthier, an original drumstick packs 130 calories (8 grams of fat), extra crispy packs 160 calories (10 grams of fat) and it has a bit more saturated fat too.

    Extra crispy is more unhealthy but the taste really makes the difference for me.
