Is it healthier to work out or get extra sleep?

I want to go for a long walk tomorrow. But I also know I am not going to get alot of sleep tonight. Which is more important?

  1. I say exercise.


  2. walking is good for your body and sleep just repairs your body

    you should do both atleast 4 times a week

  3. I'm not positive, but I vote exercise.
