  1. It don't matter if the meat is fried, boiled, grilled or whatever, vegetarian means no meat at all. No, alot of times "salads" from fast food places are not healthy. they have fattening dressings, and too large portions. Go with a salad from Salad Works, or WaWa. Eating any kind of meat makes you a non vegetarian.

  2. perhaps you should know that vegetarian means no meat.  meat is chicken, beef, pork and fish.  some people eat fish but no warm-blooded meat but they're not true vegetarians.  vegans don't even eat eggs or cheese (I think) which may be a bit extreme considering the animal didn't die.  are you doing this for your health or to have a tag to hang around your neck?  if the former, you should stay away from fast food altogether.  if it's the tag you're after, do whatever you want and call it whatever you want.

  3. yes, it's good..did you hear about that guy that lost 80 something pounds from only eating the salads at mcdonals?

  5. Well, just don't add dressing, and then it is healthy.

Adding cheese, avacado, crutons and olives is not healthy eather.

  6. Any salad is fine, it's just the dressing you have to watch out for. Some salad dressings can be as fattening, as a Big Mac. You defintely want to stay away from Caesar salad, its the most fattening of all! Yummy, you just made me Chick-fil-a!

  7. proabably better to make it your self

  8. I would just make my own.  The salads at places like TGIFs and Applebees are better.

  9. It's one of the reasons I enjoy Wendy's actually because you can get a salad and instead of fries get yourself a baked potato.  Healthiest fast food I can think of (unless you include sub-sandwich type places).

  10. As a VERY last resort - but I wouldn't bank on their knowledge of what's veggie and what's not.

You've put a toe on the path, though - how far you travel is up to you.
