Is it healthy to be over weight but its muscle?

i looked at one of the height weight graphs and i am 5.9 185lb that is over weight to the graph.i lift weights a lot so its muscle.can this still be unhealthy?

  1. of course it is. you still should exercises a bit more. try flexibility exercises


  2. most of your body weight is made out of muscle. It mean that you weight lift a lot.

  3. My first thought was, he is a weight lifter.  It is different for people who are very muscular.  You are allowed more weight.  Muscles are not unhealthy!

    You know if you are all defined with no fat or not.

  4. its not unhealthy in the sense that it causes health problems associated with obesity but too much weight of any kind can cause problems with your joints.
