  1. Yeah! Perfectly healthy do a lot of cardio!


  2. I would think so but maybe not all at once. You should try running for about 10 min X 6 with 2 minute breaks in between to lose weight. I do it and lose about 500 calories in like 1.5 hours. I am also 14 and weighed 190 pounds 2 weeks ago and now im down to 180 but im 5'10'' and this seems to work. Also eat a lot of small meals with lots of water too.
