Is it healthy to eat Bi Bim Bap (Korean mixed rice) a lot?

Anybody knows how much calorie is in one tablespoon of Bi Bim Jang (its sauce)?

  1. sorry, i don't know how many calories are in the sauce but i know it usually contains quite a lot of sugar. bi bim bap is a healthy meal overall, although too much white rice is not that good for you. to make it healthier, i use brown rice instead and make sure i use lots of vegetables in the topping.

I ama former chef and live here in Toronto Canada and btween it, Bul-Go-Gui and a local specialty from the Korean restaurants "Pork Bone Soup" it is a toss up when I go in which one I have, I would say"No" to it being bad as the veg and other things are health, rice is good for you, the occasional fried egg is fine, I guess it would depnd on the meat and how it is prepared.

    The places here serve it in heated stone bowls I have 2 of my own, I like the cripsy rice on the bottom when digging down and mixing it and I am a chili head so lots of chili paste or hot peppers for me. There are sites that will give you a dietary caloric count here is one to look over and digest.
