a pre-made chinese salad from costco for a week?
it includes chicken,fried noodles, sliced almonds, some kind of dressing and i added tomatoes, lettuce, shredded carrots and this purple shredded cabbage
i wasn't hungry ever at all for like 2 weeks and for a chunk of this time i had a little diet of just eating this salad and drinking water ,milk and juice. (and also an ocassional oreo here and there)
i lost some weight, not too much, maybe 3 lbs. and i want to loose like 15 lbs. because i hate how much i weigh at being only almost 14.
