a pre-made chinese salad from costco for a week?

it includes chicken,fried noodles, sliced almonds, some kind of dressing and i added tomatoes, lettuce, shredded carrots and this purple shredded cabbage

i wasn't hungry ever at all for like 2 weeks and for a chunk of this time i had a little diet of just eating this salad and drinking water ,milk and juice. (and also an ocassional oreo here and there)

i lost some weight, not too much, maybe 3 lbs. and i want to loose like 15 lbs. because i hate how much i weigh at being only almost 14.

  1. That does sound like a healthy salad. However, I wouldn't suggest trying to eat the same thing everyday. Eventually you'll get bored with it. The other problem is that it's a waste of money. Don't buy pre-made salads. Make your own salad and save lots of money.

    3 pounds may not seem like a lot, but 2 weeks isn't very long. At this rate you will have lost 15 in 10 weeks. I know that seems slow, but it's actually quite fast. It wouldn't be healthy to lose weight any faster.

    Body mass index should be 20 for female & 25 for male maximum

    BMI= Weight in kilogram/ (Height in Meter)2

    Suppose weight is 100 KG & Height is 2 Meter than BMI=100/(2) 2 =25

    This is acceptable for male but for femal has to reduce weight up to 80 KGS
