  2. its definetly healthy. if you feel crampy then excercise is the way to get rid of it.

  5. Yup, it is a known fact that it reduces the pain of cramping. I play badminton and have no pain during on an hour after. It's only when I sit down that it starts hurting again! I find also that I have shorter periods if I exercise. Don't know if it's a contributing factor though.
