i've been skipping lunch recently to lose weight.it's kind of effective.i did take my dinner.but is it healthy?

  1. Nope.. it's not healthy to skip any meals.  If you are dieting to loose weight, eating 5-6 smaller portioned meals a day is a great way to loose weight faster... exercising is also key.


  2. It's legal. Just don't miss breakfast- that's the biggie.  

  3. Skipping lunch = being hungrier for dinner = eating MORE dinner.

    And it's better to eat earlier in the day.

    But if you eat the same amount of dinner as usual , you will lose weight.

    But when you start eating normally again, which you will, unless you get an eating disorder and become a skeleton, you will gain it alllll back

    AND MORE

    so just don't be lazy

    and eat healthy & excersise

  4. No. It is never healthy to skip "any" meals. You are supposed to eat 3 times a day, plus snacks. That is why they have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don't cheat your body out of the nutrition it needs to keep working. Skipping any meal is unhealthy.
