If so, what diet and exercises should I do?

And how much food should I eat?

Gimme some examples of food I should and shouldn't eat?

Veggies are outta the question.

If I'm even around veggies, I gag.

If I eat them, I ALWAYS throw them back up.

  1. do running and stuff and just burn fat

YOU CANT concentrate fat loss on one spot. you just have to run swim bike etc to lose overal fat! and try fruit and if you dont like them make smoothies like a scop of ice cream 2 dollops of low fat natural yogurt ( i use asda price ) 2 fruit of your choice ( bananas are easiest ) and the turn it on! simple?

  2. 2 pounds of gain/loss per week is considered healthy..you should eat 6 small meals spaced throughout the day to boost metabolism..and as far as diet..make your own..research others and jus eat overall healthy food..I also hate veggies.. I eat them once in a while.. but I keep with my diet and weight training cuz i know it pays off..if you don't like something and start eating it you'll eventually find no problem eating it daily as part of your diet (but I find with certain foods i just can't stand em haha)..and as far as excercise goes just do your cardio and some endurance/resistance training and you'll be losing weight in no time..do your research and good luck

  3. How tall are you? And 3-5 pounds is healthy yes.

  4. That is a very reasonable goal.   Here are a few common sense ideas that might help.

Keeping a food journal really does help.  It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

Make a few small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days.  Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer.

Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, at least try some vegetables - maybe carrots, whole grains, lean meat, fish.   Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts.  Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.  Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses a day, and more if it is very hot, it you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely. You will begin to see changes in your body.

Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc.  Here are a couple of helpful links.

  5. yes it is you can lose up to 2 lbs a week so 8 a month is like recommended but you can lose more i doubt it'll hurt you but your goal is realistic and very possible. If you can cut down your size meals and buy V8 V fusion it has the benefits of veggies but tastes like the fruit mostly I am picky also. and also lots of exercise I suggest a sport because it makes it more fun. I play tennis sometimes and its been helping.
