Yes it is hypocritical. He claims to be Mr. Anti-Lobbyists and had more lobbyists working for his campaign than any other canidate during the primaries.

Hypocritical and Charlie Black is not an EX lobbyist.  As recently as 6 months ago he was employed as a lobbyist so perhaps the correct term is current lobbyist Charlie Black.
