  1. Usually its up to 7 PM in residential areas. Call your city or town quality of life office and make a complaint. Also, get the name of the company that's picking up the trash. in commercial, it's illegal.

  2. Check your city ordinances!

In my city, you are not allowed to be noisy between 9 PM and 6 AM.  You can be fined if you are.  You can check the city ordinances by contacting the Mayor's office.  I literally live right next door to a Baldor factory and they have a fleet of semi-trucks.  I have never had my sleep disturbed by them.

  3. Illegal , no but rude and not very good customer relations , but not against the law.

  4. Depends... If it's a projected running close to dead line, they can be granted city permission for extended hours. Same with city workers, they can be extended to late night shifts if need be.

No different than snow plows running at midnight. Can't control what needs to be done!

  5. yes it is,

    only before 11 i believe.

as you are breaching the pice,

LAW "Breach of the piece" section 5.

report them to the cumpany they work for, and take the reg numberplate asewll and record and take pics if possable

then take to the police the next day and send to their cumpany

  6. no... youll probably its Gypo's removing all the workgear and building materials ...not DEBRIS.

call the bizz bums they'll be there by monday!

  7. nope, ist legal.alot of towns ,cities etc have garbage pick up in the wee hours, just because of congestion.now if the driver was purposely being loud, honking the horn etc, that different, otherwise, its perfectly legal.

  8. That is unreasonable and may well be aginst the local bye laws. The council will have details and so will the utility company having the work done. if it is a one off I would forget it life's too short but if it is regular you must take some fform of action

  9. 1.  Are the people picking up the items working for the builder, or are they 'salvaging'.

    2.  Were the items in a trash container of some sort, or lying around the site?

Both of these help determine if it is legal at ANY hour.

  10. yes!!!! they are only aloud to work between 7:30am - 8:00pm

  11. It could be depending on your local authority's noise regulations.

  12. Yeah it is, goodness only knows where they plan on dumping it because no site will be open now.  If I were you I'd call the police, I'm sure they are interested in where they plan on taking the rubble.

  13. maybe under noise abatement laws but thats usually dealt with by the local council

  14. depending on your towns noise regulations etc, if people are standing outside annoyed you should call the police its disturbing the peace,

bet its h**l for you with all the noise outside at 12 o'clock, for me the binmen are bad enough in the morning

they also shouldn't have left any debry it should of been cleaned up at the end of the work, its a public danger otherwise
