Is it illegal for a Mexican Restaurant to have a Mexico flag flying alone or is that the sign of the times ?

But isn't there suppose to be an America flag too? Just flying the Mexico alone flag appears to be illegal I think

it is in fact illegal for any flag of any nation to be flown above any flag of any nation in a time of peace, that is in the flag code, if the US flag and another flag from another country are flown they cannot be on the same pole, they must be at the same height, no flag shall be flown above the flag of another nation.... however the flag code does not say anything about flags of other countries being flown at an establishment, that would be a business decision, one that could very well turn away customers just as it may bring in others
