and can someone get arrestedd? like this guy keeps on trying to send a pic. i dont want it but he keeps on trying to send it and i am like u can get arested forr that but he isall like yeah right. and i am like well get arrested.

Yep, sure can. 8th grade you are still a minor. It does not matter what age he is, report him to police.

furthermore, he is definitely committing sexual harassment. If the problem continues, talk to your parents, his parents, school officials, or the police.

Of course if you do talk to anyone but your/his parents, it is likely that he will get into a LOT of trouble. Though it unlikely that he will face jail time, he could (depending on local laws) be put on a s*x offender list until he is 18, or even for his entire life. You could entirely alter his future

1) it is sexual harassment, but that is civil and not criminal until you get a restraining order.

2) it is possibly pornography.  and maybe the cops would arrest him for that.

3) I would definitely report him to your parents and let them deal with it.

Show the picture to your parents, or better yet call the police and show it to them.  Yes it is against the law, it's called pandering obscenity to a minor or dispensing pornographic material to a child.  It's a felony in most, if not all states.
