Is it illegal for a 16 year old (age of consent in Kansas) to date someone older than 18 in Kansas? This includes all boyfriend and girlfriend activities.

You can date an 18 year old, you just cant have s*x with him until YOU'RE 18. 18 is an adult and 16 is a minor. Adults cant have s*x with minors. Now most people overlook this because the ages are so close...but if your parents wanted to make a big deal out of this, they easily could.

If you are 16, it is legal, regardless of the age difference. Period, UNLESS, the person is someone in authority over you.

Then there's the issue of why an adult would pick a teenager.  That adult thinks that teenager is naive.  See, no adult woman would put up with his c**p, so he picks a 16 yr old that will...get it?
