  1. Yes, very much so.

  2. yes it's illeagal.

  3. yes

  4. Yes it is illegal, it is copyright infringement,

that is essentially taking someone else's product and saying it is your own.

  5. It sounds illegal and yes is false advertising

  6. legal only if the original manufacturer signed over the rights to manufacture  it under their own name

  7. ...no...its not legal

  8. how do you know this...?

  9. no, it's false advertising.

  10. No, that is VERY VERY illegal...

    That is FRAUD!

    That is Trademark Infringement...

There are MANY MANY laws that they are breaking in doing this.

You need to inform the Better Business Bureau RIGHT AWAY!

You can do it anonymously if you are an employee… Just make sure that you don’t stop writing… GO to your local BBB Building and have a sit down!!

BE a whistle blower… This company is committing FRAUD on their customers!

  11.      i would guess not.

  12. doesnt the mall do that???

most mall stores do i guess

    so its not illegal

    it shoulde be though

  13. I wouldn't say "illegal" but it does violate the original stores designs.  Why would anyone want "Bob's Suit" when they could have a Chanel?

Or why is it right to sell Walmart Jeans and say they are "Bob's Jeans" or "Chanel" for that matter?  Honesty is better.

  14. is it possible that the clothing is made for them or that they purchased the rights to the name.

  15. No and it is a crime of patent and or copy right infringement. If you know of this for a fact call your better business bureau and report it immediately.

  16. No, it's called business.

  17. its called fraud

  18. my old boss used to do that. she would buy $20 dressed from shops in the UK and Caribbean and mexico and sell them $90-$120 a piece and call its "foreign forward fashion". she would sell those haviannas flip flops ($3 in barbados) for $35 a piece. she made one h**l of a profit.

  19. You didn't specify.  Do they own the label or name they are putting in the suites?  Is it a store brand they are putting in, or is it some designer label?

Rebranding is very legal assuming you have agreements with the manufacturer and have trade mark agreements with the label.

Do you believe that Dell actually builds TV's for example?  No, they put their label on someone else's TV's.  So do most manufacturers.

  20. IT IS CONSIDERED A CRIME AND IN SOME CASES YOU CAN GO TO PRISON, LOSE EVERYTHING YOU OWN AND THEN STILL OWN WELL OVER MILLIONS IN A COURT ACTION BROUGHT AGAINST YOU AND THE OTHERS INVOLVED.

DO PEOPLE DO IT? YES EVERYDAY LOOK AT THE PURSES AND WATCHES THAT ARE COPIES AND IF YOU STAY CURRENT WITH THE WALL STREET JOURNAL THE CRIMINALS ARE GETTING CAUGHT ALL THE TIME!
