If it is free and only a trail no. It is only illegal if you know that it costs money and you download it from somewhere like bittorrent. Free trails are not illegal but you will not get all of the features of the full program

It's not illegal because it's a trial. A word of advice though, most people don't actually need Photoshop which is an expensive piece of kit. If you want free software which is completely legal and can do almost as much as Photoshop then I recommend downloading the GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) which is an open source application.

As long as (anything) it comes from the Photoshop website, it's legal.

It's called trial version for you to try on so it is not illegal. It will be illegal if before or after the trial version expires, you do a patch to crack it to become a full version out of the trial version.

no not illegal becoz its a trial, some features are limited or theres a time limitation. if u dl the whole software then its illegal.

It is legal to download a trial version of Photoshop anywhere.  What is illegal is using some means to crack the program so that it is no longer a trial version.
