Is it illegal to bring a unused pipe from costa rica to regan international airport usa?

i am in costa rica right now and i bought a unused pipe from a flea market. the pipe is unused and i only bought two. i didnt know whether or not i would be able to do that or not.

It should be legal as long as you don't have pot, and the pipe doesn't smell like pot.
