Is it illegal to buy and sell cars in Australia (non-dealer) ?

Hey guys, would just like to know if its wrong to buy a car and sell it for a small profit here in Perth Australia? On a monthly basis...or 2 months? i also love cars and want to drive so many different types...you name it...i love cars...but getting to the point..is it wrong to do so?

  1. I'm not sure about things in Oz.  Here each state has rules, and if you sell over a certain number in a year you need a license.  I would suggest a call to the nearest office to ask, and get the definitive answer.

  2. Sorry I can't tell you about Australia, but here in Colorado if you even have the intent to make a profit you need a dealers license.
