Is it illegal to buy/own A rubber boa (Charina bottae) in Washington State?

I know that its illegal to catch a wild one but I am not sure about buying one. I would ask your local exotic pet store or the Washington State Department of Agriculture.

My high school science teacher had a rubber boa, he used to wear it around his wrist like a bracelet.

Anyway, I live in WA and haven't heard of rubber boas being illegal, in fact I saw some local breeders at last years reptile expo. I don't know anywhere (shops) that sells them but you can find them on kingsnake.com in the classifieds.
