  1. i think it is on all beaches check by-laws to find out  


  2. There is probably a bye-law stating that overnight camping is not allowed.

    These bye-laws usually cover most public places.

  3. No, but check the tides as they rise and fall very quickly. However, you should check the rules regarding fires as these should be below the "High Water" line.  

  4. some are owned by the national trust, I think, so you would have to check on them, others may be free for public use but I would check tides very carefully before you try it- you don't want to wake up wet!
