Yes, but only if you get caught. If you get caught depending on the *sshole trooper...you can either go to jail, or pay a fine upwards of $3,000. But that is only if someone hears or sees you! Good luck, and walk lightly!

The state flower is a rose.  You don't find too many of them growing wild, so you would be trespassing and stealing, both illegal.  The tree is the Sugar Maple, not too easy to just dig up  and again you are stealing.

So, I advise you to purchase any plants or ask friends for cuttings.
