Is it illegal to drag?

Question

Draggin as in "mini trucken" when you have air bags or hydros and you drop your back end of the truck creating sparks on the road.. is that illegal?

Yep, in California you are looking at reckless endangerment, exhibition of speed, and probably destruction of public property (thanks for tearing up the roads that all tax payers pay for).
