  10. It's hard to believe that we have people like you -- and many others --who ask these so totally dumb questions, on the streets in our country ( if you are a US citizen ).  There is a terrible breakdown in the home & schools.  It scares me worse than what is going on in politics!!!

  13. A security guard is nothing like an officer.  A security guard has "property owners rights" and that's it.  In other words a security guard is acting as a proxy for the property owner and can do the same things the property owner can.

    It would be illegal to dress as a security guard and pull someone over, although I can't think of a reason why anyone would pull over for a security guard anyway.  I wouldn't, and I call 911 on any "security guard" attempting to pull me over.
