Is it illegal to drive a car in Ontario with no passenger seat?

Is there a web site I can go on that tells you what you can and can't do to your car according to Ontario law? If you get pulled over with no passenger seat is it a ticket or fine?

I really wouldnt think so. if there was someone sitting on the floor where the seat should be, yeah, you'd get a ticket, but not having a seat is NOT illegal.
