  1. No, it is not illegal. If a judge orders your extradition from a specified area, back to their jurisdiction, it will happen.

    I've never seen a misdemeanor warrant extraditable out of state however.


  2. I am going to assume that you mean extradite...or the transporting of a person from one jurisdiction back to the jurisdiction of the original charge or wheren the warrant was generated. And to answer your question, it is not illegal to extradite anyone for any type of charge. However, Multiple things are considered prior to deciding on extradition. Things such as, nature of the charge or charges, location of the defendant or accused and the costs involved with facilitating extradition compared to the overal cost or benefit of having the person present.
